RE: 2001-2002 Wiregrass BCIA Bull Sale Results
Seventy six bulls were sold at the Annual Wiregrass BCIA Bull Sale on Saturday, October 19, 2002. The sale grossed $133,980.00 with an average price of $1,762.45 per bull. There were many repeat buyers from previous sales. Bulls were sold to Alabama and Florida producers.
The highest selling bulls were Angus lot # 201 and Simmental lot # 54.
Lot # 201 sold for $3,400.00 and lot # 54 for $2,800.00. Lot # 201 was
consigned by Evers-Lanier Progressive Angus and lot # 54 by was consigned
by Boyd Farm.. The sale summary is as follows:
